We’re Roberta and Samantha, creative partners, strategy nerds, and the co-founders of Aluma Clarke.
We met during a moment of transition, both of us at a crossroads, reflecting on the kind of work we wanted to do and the kind of impact we wanted to have.
We didn’t plan on starting a company together. But after enough moments of “Wouldn’t it be amazing if it was like this?” we realized we were already halfway there. We built Aluma Clarke to do just that: plan events with heart, strategy, and a deep respect for how people show up and connect.
We believe the best events are felt not just attended. And getting there takes trust, clarity, and a team that knows how to blend vision with execution. That’s us.
Today, we bring that spirit into every room we enter.

With a background in engagement and organizational change, she’s passionate about designing events that are both meaningful and mission-forward.
Whether she’s reimagining a gala or creating a run-of-show from scratch, Berta knows how to turn big ideas into action—and make the process feel grounded and collaborative along the way.
